I am a strong believer in the idea that a week spent without a focus on performing well (in whatever you do) is a week wasted. Think of 1 thing you want to implement in the following week and have a goal for the week.
After all, it's only by testing things and implementing the ideas you learn that you can reach a successful trader performance.
If you are at a point where you NEED to work on your trading on the weekend (i.e. backtesting, reviewing, etc.), that's alright. Just make sure you set some time aside to recharge in spite of the busyness.
